We at ONMO, are maintaining a transparent and effectively reliable return & refund policy to help our loyal subscribers. Below, you can check out our guidelines for refund policy. Go through it in detail and feel free to contact us, if you have any queries.

  • If any contest, game or competition gets canceled or disrupted for any reasons whatsoever, we have an option to either cancel and refund the payments made by the user(s) towards such contest or competition, if any; or settle it at the stage up to which it is completed.
  • Once we receive your Refund request, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. Our decision shall be final in this regard.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) in accordance with our usual business practices.
  • ONMO may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
  • Within seven (7) working days you will receive the amount, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Our analysis of refunding the amount shall be on a case to case basis and may depend on various factors which include and are not limited to anti-money laundering, responsible play and fraud detection etc.
